Privacy at Ninethree
Ninethree (Ninethree Studio Ltd, registered in England and Wales, no. 17505948, 39 High Street, Orpington BR6 0JE) is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us at [email protected].
Enquiries through this website
When you send us a brief through the form on this site, we use what you give us (your name, company, email address, your enquiry and any file you attach) to reply to you about it. If you tick the newsletter box, we’ll also send you the occasional Ninethree newsletter, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
The form is delivered to us by Formspree, which acts on our instructions. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn’t use cookies or track you across other sites.
Our credentials and proposal links
When we send you a private link to our credentials or a proposal, we record how the link is used so we can follow up at the right time and with the right information. This includes:
- when the link was opened, and on which device type and browser
- which pages were viewed, and for roughly how long
- whether films were played and links (such as email) were clicked
- an approximate location (city and country) and the name of the network used
We use a random identifier stored in your browser to recognise a returning device. We don’t store your IP address: it’s used only at the moment of your visit to work out an approximate location and to block repeated wrong passwords.
Why: our legitimate interest in following up business conversations we’ve started with you.
How long: detailed records are kept for up to 24 months, then reduced to a summary.
Who else: our hosting provider, Cloudflare (data stored in the EU), and Mux, which streams our case study films. Both act on our instructions under data processing agreements.
Opting out
Email [email protected] and we’ll switch tracking off on your link, or delete the data we hold about your visits.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to our use of it, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). Contact [email protected] to exercise any of these.
